A New Year Detoxification & Rejuvenation Workshop
Everyone can benefit from a New Year Detoxification – Getting through the Holidays can be tough. While filled with love, laughter, family and friends … let’s face it, they can also be filled with stress, too much food, too much alcohol and not enough sleep.
So once they’re over, the family and friends are all taken care of, TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOU! Time to detoxify and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
Join Danna for a very special 2 hour Workshop to celebrate the New Year.
Our 90 minute class will incorporate cleansing breath work, mudras and postures to aid digestion and encourage detoxification. It will be a gentle, yet challenging practice that will end with a relaxing meditation offering you time for rejuvenation.
We’ll follow that up with a short introduction to seasonal cleansing and self care while you snack on an assortment of food and beverages created to enhance the digestion and detoxification process. We’ll also send you home with recipes and instructions for an optional, gentle, at home cleanse so you can continue to detoxify and rejuvenate on your own.
